Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Items that have been resized or modified upon request

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
