3. SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product (925 sterling silver jewelry) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website torsilver.myshopify.com, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

7.2. Prices

Listed prices on the website are the selling prices and remain valid until updated or changed.

7.3. Taxes and Payments

The total selling price of the goods or services, including all taxes, is shown in the order summary (product name, quantity, unit price, subtotal, shipping amount, and grand total).

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic features, selling price, payment method, and delivery of the product on the SELLER's website, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

9.2. Delivery Period

Each product subject to this agreement shall be delivered within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case of a distance contract for the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery to themselves or to the person/organization at the specified address, by notifying the SELLER, without providing any justification.

11. PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products prepared according to the BUYER's request or personal needs (e.g., custom-sized or personalized rings or bracelets), or to products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery. Standard stock items are subject to the 14-day withdrawal right; only custom-made pieces (personalized/sized) may be exempt.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In the event that the BUYER makes payment by credit card and defaults, the BUYER agrees to pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank.

13. COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

For consumer disputes arising from this agreement, applications may be made to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in accordance with applicable legislation.

14. ENTRY INTO FORCE

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon completing payment for the order placed through the Site.
